Murphy’s Bright Ideas Award

At Murphy we drive process and product innovation. Since the introduction of Murphy Bright Ideas® initiative in 2012, more than 400 ideas to help improve the way we work have been submitted by our employees and evaluated by the Murphy Bright Ideas® steering group. Many of these ideas have been developed into real solutions where they are used on projects and captured on Murphy Innovation Edge™.

The aim is to make the most of the diversity, range of knowledge, experience and inspiration of the people in our company. All employees can contribute and have an impact on developments by using their talents. What’s more, we reward them - every month, the best ideas win prizes. The winning ideas are put forward for a twice-yearly awards ceremony and compete for our Murphy Bright Ideas® awards. The final winners are announced at Murphy’s annual management conference.
